1. Service Description

Provelio provides zero-knowledge IP timestamping services. We generate cryptographic proofs of file existence using SHA-256 hashing, RFC 3161 timestamps, and Bitcoin blockchain anchoring.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Provelio's services. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer the service, using it for unlawful purposes, or exceeding your plan's rate limits through automated means.

4. Certificates and Proofs

Provelio certificates provide cryptographic evidence of file existence at a specific point in time. They do not constitute legal advice or guarantee legal enforceability in any jurisdiction.

5. Pricing and Payment

Free accounts receive 5 certificates per month. Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Provelio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
